Hello we in need software written in .net which connects to a sql database, get the users details and check the balance and sends the content to an SMPP provider, also we need to be able to give a sub smpp account to our users too, also must be able to get the DLR ( Message Status ) and save it in sql table our main system running on http api so we need to send the http request to this smpp software to be able to send it as smpp protocol The software should be able to run as a service Source code should be provided and verified before any payment is made.
