Good Afternoon, We have created a piece of software that allows housing companies to view the performance of their units in innovative, maps, grids and report formats. The tool operated through a browser, using MYSQL as a database, angular as the binder and JSON graphs where needed. We are looking to build an extra module...the module takes 3-9 columns of data and manipulates it into varying reports and dashboards dependent on set criteria. The purpose of this is module is to monitor the value of property that is held against bank loans as collateral. The houses may be sold, or new ones built so the level of colaterol will vary. A user interface that capture the sale details will need to be created and one that allows the addition of new units. This maybe done individually or upload via a csv file. The report suite is likely to be 10-15 reports. One for each bank / trust holder. They will show mainly tabular data but possible 1 or 2 graphs (stacked bar or side by side bar or pie). We will need to see examples of your work - and know that we are dealing with the coder - not a middle person. We are a professional outfit and are looling for commercial standard returns. Font, colours and feel will all be pre-defined. We are looking for a coder we can build a long term relationship with.
