Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux.I need to tweak a script ( in bash) to do the following: Display in a dialog menu (CLI) where I want to do the following: 1- Wget a file once 2- Extract copies (file is compressed) into directories called by number ( 1,2,3,etc) which I should be able to specify how many copies. I already have a scratch of what it needs to do. Need it to be put into my main script. I pay once the script works as intended.
