The cron will accept URLs and will call those URLs in some set interval. The interval should be set in seconds and the URLs should be fired when those seconds pass. Each URLs can have a different interval. I created a Java app to do that, but it gets stuck when windows restarts and sometimes I'm forced to restart the application. I need an app that will never gets stuck. As long as windows run, it should also run. The URLs are local, the windows server as apache, and the URLs that will be fired will be calliing some php pages in that same server.
