We require the following: 1. review the photos 2. draw the hook based on the dimensions as a part file 3. apply materials - the rods to be k1045 steel or equivalent - apporx 480 MPa 4. apply a vertical load of 50,000N to the bend in the hook 5. restrain at the bolt eye 6. if the hook stress is ok then do detailed design drawings 7. if not then increase the thickness of the hook rods till it passes 8. then do detailed design drawings. we require: part file stress analysis results.
