144419 Need Unix Admin / NS Problem

Hi, need an Administrator who is able to fix my nameserver problem. The domain is registered through GoDaddy and I point it to nameservers on my server with my own NS but the website does not open in browser. Server control panel is DirectAdmin. OS is CentOS. Asked for help in DirectAdmin Support forum and they told me "to open Port 53" and to "ns1 ans ns2 as A records in the ZONE file". Dont know how to do that but iam sure anyone out there knows what to do.
