Phone hosting in Chile

Empello operates around the globe with help of local host as phone minder. Following set of activities and commitment are agreed with our phone minders. What Empello needs a test Phone and ZYXEL minder(You) to do. Empello depends on our handsets/ ZYXEL in various countries to be able to carry out in-country testing of our clients services. Some of our clients are adult service provider and we do test for them as well. Please inform us if you are fine with that or not. The ability to carry out these tests is of critical importance to our business. This document describes what we need from you to ensure this can happen. The following level of commitment we need from you: • High speed broadband connection at your place and access to your router for the setup • Strong 3g reception on major mobile operators • Good lines of communication between the Empello and the facilitator. • Regular checks on the devices to make sure that both WiFi ,Data are enabled. If these are lost, it will be up to the facilitator to restart these. Instruction will be provided. The Following commitment is on a less regular basis • Purchase of a sim card for phone and a data card for the Zyxel. This will happen at the beginning of the contract and then may be something that is only required every 3 to 6 months. Other ancillary items such as phone charger and case may also be required. • To top up the handset with credit and purchase data-package for both phone and zyxel. Phone minder payment and payment method • Phone minder are paid $150 per month for the service. • Payment will be done on 1st day of the month. • Data and other accessories’ cost will be prepaid to phone minder • Minimum notice period for cancellation of phone minding is set to be 1 month, applies to both the parties.
