The assignment has a lot to do with the the great pyramid of Gaza. The pyramid has to be built and the problems that bbn I am having are the scope. I understand that project description should be what the project Intel's but the scope is a problem 1. Does the assumption mean what we think it will cost for the project 2. Does the assumption analyst mean what time it will take for the project 3. And the constraints talk about the scope quality time cost
