I am looking for a developer to help me develop a documentation and implementation plan for an online domain market portal and payment gateway. The portal will be using WHMCS for backend and I will design a frontend myself. The reference for this is www.megabit.rw. I want to implement the same. WHMCS will help in management and control. On my side I will develop a custom payment gateway module and a domain registration module that is compatible with WHMCS. What I need from interested candidate is to help me in developing the documentation and implementation plan only.
