Phone calls to realtors

I need to find 10 realtors willing to submit offers for me. There is a website called hudhomestores that only uses realtors registered with them to make offers, but I need someone to go through it and find 10 realtors willing to put in offers simply from an email from me. Here is the list of realtors [login to view URL] I’m looking for homes listed 30,000 and below and will start offers at 30-40% of bid price. I am an investor living in san Diego buying in Illinois. Here’s a sample call script Hello, my name is _____________. I had a few questions about hud homes is this a good time? (if yes) I see you are a realtor listed on hudhomestore and I’m calling around for my boss looking for a realtor who is currently doing hud offers. Are you still currently doing that? (if yes) We’d like to put in offers on lower end homes, will start offers at 30-40% of bid price and have the funds to buy two a month. I would like to email the offer in the morning and have you submit asap. Does this sound like something you can do? (if yes) can I get your email? great I will pass your name, number and email to my boss. This shu'd take 2-3 hours max
