563117 MLS to Craigslist membership site

I am looking for someone to build me a website where real estate agents / offices can sign up for a monthly fee. They should be able to input an MLS # for a property listing. The site should then import images and listing details. Provide a Preview of what the ad will look like on Craigslist. The Agent should then be able to select which Craigslist site to post the ad, input a title for the ad, input their contact info, and submit the ad to craigslist. The script should then re-list the ad on craigslist once a week for the next 4 weeks. Multiple posting templates should be available. I would like it if new templates could be created in the admin section to be made available to users. or even if users could create their own templates using a WYSIWYG editor. A free trial period should be able to be configured in the admin area. 3 Different levels of Membership should also be able to be configured in the Admin area.. only 2 things will change based on membership level; monthly charge and how many postings per month are allowed. There also needs to be a way to provide selected users with unlimited postings regardless of their membership level or to delete their monthly charge. ((website administrator only)) Monthly Payments should be made via PayPal I just got this Idea in my head so I have not put together any type of html examples of what I am looking for.. or what the cost of this should be.
