Model basic house in sketchup

I need a basic 3D model built from some reference pictures for use in Unity 3D. No textures - no details - just the basic outline of the building and major features (building footprint, roof line). I would like the model to be created in Sketchup, using appropriate modelling guidelines for game engines (refer to this link for examples: [login to view URL]). I would like final deliverables to be the .skp file as well as the exported file for Unity (.obj, .fbx - - I don't care which format, as long as it works) Please include in your bid example .skp and .obj/.fbx etc files indicating you know how to create low-poly models for game engines in Sketchup. Now, for the details: - renderings, floorplans and rear elevations of 2 houses can be found in the attached images. - i need the HOUSE modeled from the "1" files, and the GARAGE section modeled from the "2" files. Once again, I don't need any textures or details at this point - just the basic shape of the house and roof. I may need more detail later on, and if this job goes well there may be opportunity for much more work in the future. Thanks.
