I have 3 videos in Mpeg 4 that needs to be reduced to different height and width but each file should not be more than 150KB. These will be ads that i intend to place in adwords which is why the restrictions are in place. I also need a message overlay at the end with company details. Movies can be edited so that the theme/transition remains the same, ie slides removed. Assume its an hours work or 2 at best which explains the small budget
