I am working on creating a wedding warehouse for customers to come and view all products related to wedding & event hire. The warehouse concept is similar to IKEA where sections are being showcase with all products & services starting from i.e. choosing venues to wedding gown designers/ wedding chair options & chair cover/ reception setting with center pieces and flower arrangement/ hair & makeup artist section/transportation/ ceiling & wall drapes/catering an so on. This design needs to be bright and colorful with a warm and inviting feeling that makes a bride never wanting to leave like disney land, it also needs to have that sexiness of Victoria Secret clothing store layout and feel. My vision of the front of the building is like a vintage look of the streets of Paris/ London - when you enter the building it needs to stand out with colors like black & white (refer to attached pics). Products nicely layout in draws/stands, it needs a vintage feel to it. I will be renting out each floor & wall spaces to existing businesses this 3d drawing is what I will bring to them to show them where they will be located in the warehouse. I need a 1. Basic floor plan drawn - birds eye view 2. 3d Conceptual drawing of warehouse layout with sections allocated to different products or services hire 3. Product layout 4. Visual of front of building full concept of project. Dimensions of building is 6m high 100x100.
