Architecture planning for private residence

Plan and design a 3 +1 level private residence for an Indian suburb Rules and Guidelines: 1. Designer should be an Indian native (who knows Indian traditions well enough) 2. Require architectural plan drawing for construction (should be very precise and professional; this is the most important point) 3. 3D model of Interior + exterior of building with rendering (minimum 5 views each) 4. Should go with vastu shastra (contact for more details) 5. Design should be in contemporary style (I want more of glass, metal and wood in the design; take references and cues from attached pics; contact for more details) 7. According to the Govt. of India rules and regulations there is a certain amount of space that is required to be left on each side between the building and the plot's inner boundary, (East i.e. front face towards street= 4 ft; North i.e. towards HIDCO land= 6.5 ft; West i.e. rear face= 8 ft; South= 4 ft; open view sides are East and North; total area of plot=149.78 [login to view URL]) 8.
