Clash of Clans / Boom Beach Style 3D Character Drawings Needed

We are needing 4 main characters, plus generic worker crew, these will be included on posters and throughout game. 1) Drilling Rig Manager (Muscular guy, with a moustache, with a big oil rig on his arm, holding a pipewrench, Crew will consist of 6 workers) 2) Service Rig Manager ( Tough Guys, Muscular, Get-r-Done tattooed on his fore arm, big guy with a wrench) 3) Operator ( Pretty Asian Looking Girl, Gorgeous looking for not too sexy) 4) Financial ( Short Skirt, Long Jacket, Business Casual) Details on Each Character: 1.) Drilling Rig Manager: I am going with Dwayne Johnson look. We can make him masculine. Lets give his face that look too. I am attaching two pictures please have a look at them. We can make him stand that way and make him lift one eye brow. Off course we will use the coveralls for his outfit. Same blue color coveralls as the service rig manager. Hard hat as well. 3) Operator Girl: This girl is in her mid 20's. She is 25 years old. She is in shape and really pretty and always smiling. We have to make her coveralls(Outfit) really fitted so we can see her toned body. We can give her a ponytail so we don't see her hair coming out of the hard hat. We can still have few hair coming our of the hard hat just to give her the cute look. We have to get close to that. Please see attached. We can cover her fore head with hair like this. Make her really pretty Yuriy.
