I've got a Master's in Polymer and Fiber Engineering from an American technical university (Auburn University) and have 3D printed molds out of polycarbonate for injection with polypropylene before. My current offer is for simple 3 family molds for rubber parts. I suppose you are heaving rubber parts with draft angles in 3D model, and will require 3D models of the cavity and insert and their 2D drawings for manufacturing.
