We can fully model all the characters with the required number of polygons and also fully rig them to be animated for the game. I have practice in modelling low/medium/high poly characters for video games as well as architecture, all based on concept art and any provided imagery. I can provide you with all the listed models in 20 days, having them made low poly, rigged and animated if required.

I have experience with game engine pipelines and how to do low poly and subdivided modeling for games.

This will take some time as I'm just one person, but I've worked with games before and can work effectively with low polycount. I will need some information on how to go about the wearables as they may be separate models or applied to the base player model.
