Somehow I can't download your attached picture and even if I could, one single picture is not enough to make a photorealistic character, in order to do that several angles are needed to really appreaciate all of the features. If you bump into a guy saying "i can do that with just one pic and the end result will be like the woman herself" he/she is mostly talking bs.
