Photorealistic 3d human model design artist - SKIN AND HAIR

I have a 3d character scupt that was created in ZBrush that bears the exact likeness of a subject. I need a designer/artist who specializes in skin and hair to add the proper materials/layers to my sculpt so that it bears the exact likeness of the subject, using various real-life reference images of the person. I will be reviewing the final product in real time rendering in Marmoset Toolbag The successful candidate should have specific portfolio examples that demonstrate specialized knowledge/experience in skin color, skin texture, hair, etc. We should expect to spend a lot of time reviewing and tinkering with the materials in order to achieve the exact result. I would prefer someone who would be okay with setting up a Team Viewer session so that I can watch and be involved in the process, do multiple revisions and tinker with it until it looks exactly right. The agreed upon cost of the project should anticipate this process of in depth collaboration and multiple revisions.
