creating 3d characters for online first person shooter game.

i am developing 3d game i want some characters to be modeled and i want it to be perfect commercial quality includes all materials and textures and suitable for games . i can request more modeling in future for the game if i am satisfied with your work or maybe who knows i might make you part of the team which means you will get paid a cut from profit .this first job will require you to model complete character+rigging and weight correction for rig . the first character will be female gunner the rough picture that resemble the character is included in the attached files . the facial should look cute as in the picture or even if you can make it prettier ,the custom or clothes should be similar but not same as this may cause copy right issues (as we do not own these art) try changing it by changing colors and some pieces here and there but the overall look should be the same. the body should look same as in picture. we currently have low budget but we promise you more work in future.
