QGIS TRAINER

The opening is for a QGIS trainer, where the hire would be responsible for conducting training, as per the standards set by the organization. Simultaneously would also be expected to develop training material for the same. The training is for Defence personnels. The training will be conducted in the cantonment itself. Domain Expertise Required: Knowledge of basic and advanced QGIS where topics would cover data base, analysis, digital maps and project based approach for practical training. Skills required and Eligibility Criteria: - Technical skills. Lab management where the person should be able to handle software related queries. - Domain skills - Ability to travel - Documentation - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. - At least 5 years of experience in GIS. The position is likely to be closed by 15th Oct 2017.
