Transcribe audio to text (English)

I have two audio files (approximately 2 hours long each) that I require to be transcribed from audio to text files. The audio is a spoken 2 hour long conversation so I require it to be split in the transcription as person 1, person 2, and include audible and non-audible sounds such as laugh, pause etc.
The conversation is in English, and conducted in Australia so the speakers do have Australian accents and occasionally will refer to Australian place names. You need to take this into account before you bid for this job as I will require you to recognize these throughout and have a clear understanding of what is being said.
These documents are required for university study so audio files will be sent privately to the successful applicant after I have discussed this with you in more detail. I do require a quick turnaround (ideally 3 days).
