The case study needs to be comparative, e.g., one tool against the other, one language against the other, using MT against raw translation, terminology extraction for different amounts of source texts, etc. The case study also needs to be analytical, i.e., it needs to analyse the two aspects being compared and to offer evidence about their contribution to the translation workflow. Please take a closer look at the Assessment specification document in the Assessment folder as well as at four research papers in the Sample research papers folder. You will not have time for a full-scale research in the time available for preparing your case study. Your case studies will be necessarily smaller in scope, but not in academic rigour. Please use these papers as a role model in preparing your case studies. Given that the case studies need to be based on empirical evidence, start by choosing your topic now, so that you have all what you need for drafting your case study by the end of Easter break
