Realistic Unity 3D Environment

We need an experienced Unity designer to re-produce an existing Unity 3D project as a realistic virtual environment. * Note: 3D models and materials are already finished. The only task for this project is to add lighting/shading/visual effects and to produce the virtual environment as realistically as possible. • The virtual environment is a 3-story building interior based on a real life existing building. • Unity project files and 3D models will be uploaded to the designer along with pictures to render the interior space as closely to the original as possible. • Materials are already created for all objects. However, the designer may create additional textures/material maps for added realism to the scene. • The final project will only run on PC, however, baking is the preferred method of visualizing the scene to decrease GPU requirements during runtime. • Optimizing the scene rendering is important, the virtual environment should run @60fps. • Please start your bid with the word Unity 3D so we know you've read the requirements.
