Create VB.net script

Please prepare a VB. Net coding. The coding should have following: (just one click of button and do everything below in the background) 1. Able to connect to FTP to retrieve data. All FTP parameters (i.e. FTP IP address, username, password, file path) should store in the settings. 2. The FTP can retrieve pass seven (7) days data from source. The folder format is “yymmdd”. 3. Please study possibility to retrieve folder from FTP Server instead of read individual files from the folder. 4. For the files destination, the data retention period is seven (7) days. 5. The program should have logfile allow user to track the event. 6. The program should trigger periodically (i.e. 30mins) and execute once per-day. The program will not execute if the previous execution was successful.
