Produce a 60 sec video for a song release promo

I am looking to produce a 1-minute promotional video for a brand new but very exciting music release project. The song is a radio-friendly EDM/House release, so the video will need to fit within this style, but will also allow creative license for an awesome result. Real footage (such as festivals) is ideal, although will settle for decent stock footage if not overused. Engaging visuals, appeals to a teen-to-mid-thirties audience with a youthful, energetic, uplifting and exciting vibe. We are very confident in the success of the song within our target audience and have a strong promo team in place to ensure we create a buzz with this video. At this point, we are not able to afford a full length video, being a new project, but instead are looking for a 1-minute promo video to accompany the release and be shared across social channels and video sharing websites. Once we start to see real momentum in the video and song being shared and getting attention from the community, we will invest in a full length video with the promo video producer who gets selected for this promo project. So there's a really exciting bigger opportunity to be involved with something that will really be seen. As such, this video absolutely needs to grab attention quickly, be highly engaging with the target audience from the start (within 5 seconds) and be easily shareable in terms of the video's content. For this project we are in need of great quality at a cost effective price, due to budget constraints, with a full length video opportunity on the horizon. Important notes: any pitches that are not accompanied with examples of your work will not be shortlisted. The same goes for cartoon animated videos and explainer style videos.
