total video size is 130mb with no audio. average speed but 30Fps will likely be used. codec most likey H264 but youre welcome to porpose a custom one. container most likely wmv. again welcome to propose another one. required output is not more than 25% of the original size. needless to say Loss of quality is expected at minimal. to be awarded the project you need to send me two files of the same vedio..one is unrendered and the second is rendered..if I like the work u will be awarded the job
