Hire an After Effects Designer

we are developing a small automated system for building video with After Effects and a plugin named Templater. We are looking for a consultant on After Effects that, in future, can edit After Effects's themes for Templater use. We understand that the Templater plugin may be obscure and we don't require experience with it. 1) We need you to go through the Templater documentation and assess it's capability to dinamically change the duration of a video, in particular we need to know if it's time manipulation features can cut the video if we have less resources than the what the template is made for.
