3D Video Animation with Voice-Over

DRAFT PRESENTATION . Detailed storyboard is done, but will be provided only to the awarded contractor due to confidentiality issues. We want to create a set of 4 instructional videos, 2 minutes each. The video is about environmental management for a large organization and should first replicate 2 main scenes. An exterior scene: - 3 tower buildings (identical) of the organization - main building - an iconic tram that passes in front of the buildings/ An internal scene, which is basically one office of an employee with an employee. The animation (which should have narration in French and background music) should present various aspects of environmental management (e.g. water usage, electrical energy usage, waste disposal) at building level and office level. Main types of animations are: - panoramic view of the main buildings with animations being made for one building (e.g. water, lights, waste) - on-screen text to highlight key stats - exemplify certain aspects (e.g. when presenting the consumption of water, exemplify by showing how many trucks of water that means) Expected level of animation should match the one presented in this video [login to view URL]
