Video Editor Needed for quick social media vids

We're looking to hire a talented video editor, to put together a series of engaging promotional videos for a number of different products and topics Bid according to 7-10 quick 2-3minute videos per week to start... - The videos are usually either 1-3 minutes long that will be posted on social media platforms, sometimes just informational, sometimes a client profile, sometimes an interview, sometimes a product summary or review - Other videos, that will be posted to YouTube and Vimeo specifically, and shared on other sites, will be maybe 5-10 minutes long, but follow the same style described below. - The videos you would be editing ARE NOT animated– they were simply recorded on a DSLR and in some cases a cellphone with a Gimbal for stabilization - We will provide you with a Storyboard and a summary explanation of what the video is intended to accomplish - We will provide you the raw video files. We try to provide you more raw material than necessary, so you can pick and choose what works best. - You would then cut the scenes up, add transitions, mix in background music, graphics and visual effects, text slides, text content, adjust tone and exposure if possible, add name and title areas when someone is being interviewed or speaking, etc. - Most videos require only basic editing, we never use any custom special effects like Hollywood movies - We will provide you with quality voice content for the videos (when applicable) - We will provide you with the section titles and content, to use as guides to follow along with a presentation - Adjust the video format size depending where its going - For each project, each video should have the same intro video clip and same outro video clip. This pair will be need to be done for all new projects, and then re-used when necessary. The intro/outro videos should be impactful, perhaps with a pre-built or template special effect, and be super short, like 2 to 2.5 seconds - If the videos contain some parts that are animated, the animated video files will be provided to you along with all other other materials you'll need. Most videos will not, and when they do, we have someone that does them well. If you do animated videos too, we can discuss possibly you doing them yourself– the idea is to work fast.. - There is no need for fancy equipment and editing styles but feel free to express your creativity however you wish - Long term, I'm expecting to need you to edit 15-20 videos per month in the 2-3 minute range, and 3-5 videos a month in the 5-10 minute range - We generally pay bonuses for exceptionally good work, or for completing tasks on schedule on time despite deadlines Please send links to a video similar videos you've done. I respectfully ask that you do not simply send me random links to videos that aren't yours or don't exist anymore. Please simply send 2-3 links to videos in a style you feel we'd like- videos that YOU have done, and we'll go from there. You will be working closely with the Project Manager overseeing the entire project, along with the our team of Graphic Designers and Web Designers and SEO Managers. This will be an ongoing project.
