We are at the starting stages of creating a BPO company and we are actively seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to help us in getting some work done on a day-to-day basis. We need a reliable and competent contractor with relevant experience in providing virtual assistance. If you got what it takes, continue reading below to know more about the position. The position may involve setting up systems and making them functional and work together. Examples might be: Setting up mailchimp widget on wordpress blog Managing a small group of freelancers and ensure they get tasks done Be able to fully comprehend instructions as well as our preference for quality in judging the performance of others in adhering to guidelines, tasks and projects Creating realistic milestones for new projects Performing sometimes menial tasks such as transcription Find other capable freelancers and hire them for tasks you are unable to do yourself Quickly perform small website edits, text changes. Make decisions about projects and actions on the fly without waiting for approval While not immediately, you may also be expected to assist with Small amounts of outbound calling Responding to customer service tickets and onboarding customers for web design / outsource support jobs Being able to make decisions for projects and tasks without clear direction on what to do next. (this is a big one) Overall we are looking for somebody who is a natural leader who is willing and able to perform a myriad of tasks. This job will be technically challenging (although no coding or programming skills are required) in terms of the various systems you will need to understand on your own from Basecamp, Ringio, Freshdesk or Helpscout, Blesta, WordPress and others.
