Black and white Illustration

I need a clear illustration that can be presented to a tattoo artist. I need the image of 2 serpents entwined around each like in the medical symbol. The bottom of the 2 serpents rest close to the coccyx with the 2 heads of the snakes near the back of the neck. The entwine 4 times - coccyx, the point on the back opposite the navel, point on the back opposite the solar plexus, and the point on the back opposite the center of the chest. The heads face each other near the nape the neck.
