Five Crystal Report 10.0 templates needed!

Hi, This is a very simple project that I need to get done real fast (in a couple of days max). I need about 5 Crystal report templates (an Invoice form, a Purchase Order form , a Quotation form, a Delivery Order form and a P.R. (Purchase requisition) form. The database is in mySQL and will be provided with all the fields ready. I will then need you to create a simple VB6 program with 5 buttons that will display each of those reports (using the crystal reports viewer component). In the source code, you'll need to pass an ID (the document ID) to the report so that it will grab the correct data from the database. Thank you! Regards, Ed
