hi, i need a small tool for windows which can be configured by a clear text .ini file. this tool should permanetly poll every XXX secods (defined in .ini file) in a directory (defined .ini file ) for .csv files. if there is a csv the tool should http-upload this csv file to a http-server with a php running and after a successful upload it should call an url (also definied in an .ini file) that the upload was finished. then it should delete the csv file. the tool should then continue to poll for the next csv coming in the directory. there should be a countdown when the tool will poll again and there should be an exit button to quit the tool. that's all pretty easy i think. i want the program with source and in vb. please make an offer
