FusionPBX having issues. Need to hire someone to handle issues when they arise.

YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO WORK ON FUSIONPBX OR YOU WILL NOT BE PAID! IF YOU CAN NOT FIX THE ISSUE WE ARE HAVING, YOU WILL NOT SEE A DOLLAR. We are currently finishing a project with FusionPBX. There are several things that we would like to start get working that is not working. First our provision-er is not creating the files for the phones to provision then it has to be done manually. Second we would like to get BLF working so our users can see the state of other users. Once you can fix these two issues we will hire you to help us build this system out for failover to another datacenter in case our main datacenter fails. If you know what you are doing, I plan on having work for you for many years to come. When we find someone we like, we keep them. Most of our freelancers have been with us for 5+ years.
