I am about to launch my site but had family in Japan test it - they said it took 30 seconds for the page to load! I did a speed test for Japan and it showed 14.3 seconds. As my target market is in Japan, this is terrible and we're supposed to launch in a few hours. Can anyone help? I deactivated all plugins and the speed test didn't change (or got worse) so I'm pretty sure it is not a plugin issue. I've also got EWWW installed so images should be scaled but I am still getting speed results that show images need to be scaled. The most important thing is I want this to be as safe as possible. The website is finally created and I don't want anything to mess up now while trying to get the pages to load faster. Please let me know when you can start and how long it will take. Thanks!
