Prestashop: Setup multishop / international shop with more countries

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT WELL-EXPERIENCED WITH PRESTASHOP AND HANDELING OF INTERNATIONAL PRESTASHOP SHOPS. I have an existing Prestashop running in my local country. I now want to open a webshop in a new country with their local language, currency & info-pages. I want to use my existing webshop to handle products and orders. Your job is to assist with the setup of the two webshops. NOTE: LET ME KNOW IN YOUR BID THAT YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN ABOVE - else I will ignore your bid (I´m trying to get rid of the in-experienced bidders based on bad experiences).
