500 PAID SIGN UPS

I need 1000 leads and 500 paid sign ups to my web hosting and online printing store. I am looking to generate between 50 to 75 leads per day, so only bid if you can deliver large traffic. I will pay: $0.10 per lead. $2.00 for each lead that converts to a PAID signup to a web hosting plan. Web plans start at 4.99 month. I host Linux, Windows, Exchange and other plans. They will need to pay via VISA, Mastercard or Paypal. I am looking for real, targeted traffic generated by ethical tactics. Leads can be called to verify that they are real people. Payment will be made after verification on the 2nd and 16th of every month. Do not ask for payment before verification. Traffic can come from anywhere in the world, though US and UK is perferred. You will recieve an affliate account on the website, so that you can track your traffic. You will receive a banners with a custom link to promote, so all people that opt-in and signup from your link will be tied to you.
