Web Radio Site Needed

My client is interested in creating an internet site that would be able to support a web radio station. A general layout of the site arleady exists. At the beginning the online users should be between 200-500. Please note that the station would be broacastinsg from Wales (Cardiff) using Winamp. Our request concerns the construction of the website ( at around 20MB initially). Please note that the site will be addressed mainly to Greek audiance and therefore it should be written in Greek. Thus the client should be able to write and change the text. Please provide a total cost of the whole project.
