Track down someone committing credit card fraud online.

My shopify store took about 30 orders from a single individual with a lot of stolen credit cards. He would purchase items, and ship them to a different address. All ~30 orders went to different addresses, a few of them went to the same one twice. He used a proxy to change his IP, and it appears he was not trying to steal, just sending the stuff to random people to generate a lot of chargebacks and get my merchant account shut off. I put on security to block any transactions that ship to an address different than the billing address, and manually review all transactions. He still attempts fraudulent transactions, although they are blocked. I want to know who is doing this because he obviously has a vendetta against myself or my company and is dangerous because what will he try next? I can give you access to my shopify data, and I have already produced an excel file with my basic analysis to give you a head start.
