Company site built on Wordpress

Looking for a website designer to build a new company site on Wordpress using Thesis OpenHooks. I need someone who can complete this simple customization, professionally. You must be able to communicate in English well. If you do a good job on this project there could be more work in the future. Skills you must have: - Very comfortable with customizing Wordpress Thesis Theme 1.6v using Thesis OpenHooks with prior examples. - Photoshop (cutting, pasting, editing images) - Graphic designing, embedding video & downloadable .pdf You will have to: - Use Thesis Theme 1.6v (supplied) and use Thesis OpenHooks for designing (.html & .php) - Make custom header and layout design with company logo (supplied) - Make custom Optin Box (newsletter webform) - Designer will need to supply business/corporate graphics and/or stock photos for professional look - The front page will be static so to replicate traditional websites - Other pages will need to have similar graphics and overall design as front page - Move menu items, pages, categories to fit the requirements ex: Nav Menu below header - Add webforms, video and downloadable .pdf documents - Add shopping cart for Paypal and send to downloadable or submit .pdf documents - Be able to supply graphics (we are considering using flash animation) - Be able to attach affiliate banners and graphics - Will also need to create a banner package specific to our site & services to use for advertising on other sites & networks. Basically, I am looking for a custom design that looks professional and industry specific.
