SEO- First Page ranking on Google

I am looking for someone that can build a good Google 1st page ranking for a list of keywords for our consulting site. ([login to view URL]). The selected professional will need to submit a strategy covering all SEO techniques, including but limited to: * Link Building * Directory Submission * Article Submission * Social Bookmarking Black hat/Grey Hat Techniques are not allowed. The terms are one third of payment will be put in escrow at the start of project, one third when keywords are all at page 2 or higher, and final payment and release of escrow funds when all keywords are on page 1 of Google. Projected time frame for completion should be about a month.
