Classifieds template modification

Need template modification for a classifieds site. This is mostly a one page template redesign(template gets applied through out the site)which with perhaps a very minor changes on 2-3 other pages. Any bids that are unnecessarily high will not be entertained. So place your bid accordingly. Should have working knowledge of php as the html and php code are intermixed(some parts of design get loaded based on php logic i.e if statements etc.) Put 'web designer' as first words in your bid when you bid.
