create website based on sample, using themeforest wordpress theme

Hello, Accountant firm, and possibly another 2 clients want websites and other stuff done by us. I am looking for a hassle-free way to get this done with minimal work involvement. Long term what I want is an expert at working with themeforest themes and creating beautiful websites in minimal time! My plan is as follows. For Accountant (The test run for us) We want to use this website/theme and content for the basis of our site: [login to view URL] I will make a fresh domain and wordpress setup, buy a theme from themeforest (like one of the samples below) and your job is to: Convert the template into a fully completed website including content/images. I do not imagine it will take very long to do as the themes come with everything ready to go, so you must be an expert at working with custom themes from themeforest. Use [login to view URL] as what we want in terms of layout and content work with a themeforest theme I will upload to create an attractive simple site for this accountant, creating all the necessary pages, link them to the homepage or other pages correctly Copy content from the sample site (which we will re-write ourselves) to homepage/inner pages on the new site. I do not expect it to take more than 10-15 hours total. After this site is complete, my goal is to continue working with you for more sites in the same idea, using a template to create a really good functioning site in minimal time. We will be probably modifying and adding to the sites overtime, so you will get a chance to work more on the sites overtime an hour here or there. I'm going to make this a fixed price job, as I have explained everything here. I will be looking for someone honest, who will charge according to actual amount of work needed. I know if I had the time to do this myself, I could probably have the entire thing as mentioned above in less than 10 hours, and I'm not a professional, just experienced in doing this kind of work.
