One page web design > .PSD

Please reference the attached image as it gives a visual representation of what I am looking to have done. Specific Details. I am looking for an experienced designer to create a one page layout (landing page) for my use. The final product will be presented in .PSD format and will be organized The landing page will contain the basic web elements i.e header, navigation bar, footer and columns. I will provide all images for the project that are personal in nature (you will be required to resize, optimize and etc.. for the images to work within the design) I will require social media icons for certain aspects of this design and give you the flexibility to use whatever images you see fit. I need this design to have a military / patriotic theme / color style If you reviewed the image attached you will see I have 3 columns which will be for recent forum posts, twitter posts and facebook posts - I would like the it to present with (Date, and list brief snapshot of the post) Again the attached image is a quick snapshot of what I am looking for visually, I however would like an experienced designer to make the visual aspects come to life and be user friendly. My ideal situation would be someone who is personal, will go the extra mile to make an amazing piece of work, communicates well, will provide a basic mock-up for review (which I will then make recommendations on changes, provide a second mock up - then present a final piece of work. I can work with the designer to make changes / suggestions from the mock up within photoshop to speed up the process. I feel this is a fairly straight forward project that is not complex and feel the price / bid should reflect that. Any other questions please send me a message
