Pixel perfect PSD Graphics Design for eventual WordPress site

I need a talented, very well reviewed company to work on a website designed only in PSD. I *only* need the PSD design of the project. I will convert it to WordPress through code myself. We will need full graphics files, PSD, etc to be able to make the conversion to WordPress. We will completely own the design of the work that is created. We will need 3 versions of the work done. 1 is for desktop/laptop, 2 is for tablet, and 3 is for Mobile. The mobile version will need to be a simple single scroll design. I can send examples of this as well. For all 3 versions, EACH version will need to have: -Main homepage (we don't have a domain name, so logo is not important) -About Us page -FAQ page -Contact page -About Us page The design will need to have a form designed. I will send you examples as well. We are looking for a clean design that is easy-to-use. We will email you website(s) that we like that can be used as inspiration for the project, but we need a unique, great design. The most important aspect of the design is for the site to be easy to navigate and use. Overall, there will be a total of 15 pages created (3 for desktop/laptop, 3 for tablet, and 3 for mobile).
