57807 Redesign existing website

I want to modernise and increase the impact of my website at www.cure-your-asthma.com. There are the pages you can see, plus a download page. I have a specific layout in mind -- a left hand column will hold testimonials (this is additional content I will provide) A thumbnail mockup is attached, but I would like your ideas too. Please show me samples of your work. There is more work when this job is successful.
