Basic Website , business front page.

I need a website built for small business, the business is ironically a website design business. This webpages purpose is to be a tangible representation of a business I'm starting. It needs to support web features such as but not limited to: graphic design service, website design, web marketing services, domain hosting, ect.. Potentially, i'm just looking for a header, maybe a simple logo, a semi interesting navigation bar (that i will edit later), body that i can edit, a footer, and centered. Floating centered. If your good at flash and you can make something quick, ill pay and extra $50 - $100 for that, else ill do that myself. Also, a php contacts page. I currently dont have time to do this right now.
