mp3 music store website (optimizing a template i will buy)

Hi, My name is Eddy and i want to make a music store as i have a large collection of mp3's. I am looking for the cheapest way to do this as i got little money and no job :) I have 600gb of mp3s! I am thinking to buy a template as this is the cheapest way and then that template must be configured. I am planing all of it like this but i'm also open for sugestions... 1 buy template 2 buy starter hosting package - 10gb hddspace, 100gb traffic or buy 2 gold accounts each having 300gb hdd-space and upload all to their server but this is expensive... so i want to stick to the starter package and upload only the website there and my home pc (where al my music is) thats always connected to the internet act like a ftp server and the website when it sells a song to give the buyer a link with that song straight from my home pc. I know it's not a fast connection i'm havin at home but i am not expecting big sales of 1gb at once and i can always upgrade my hosting if this thing works. This is why i would like an automatic or easy to do index of mp3's in case i switch my music library from my home pc to the hosting server... 3 the website is selling country music mp3's. i dont need no fancy stuff, most templates i saw look decent. I want the buyer to be able so search in my site and download one or more mp3's with an easy management like check boxes next to each mp3 in case his search results show more tracks hes interested in. I also want a discount system lets say if he buys for more than 100$ to apply a 10% discount and so on... The payment in the begining i would like it to be by paypal and/or credit card... however integrating a credit card payment system it costs me 300€ and i dont have that kind of money yet. Maybe if someone knows cheapest credit card payment options im glad to hear. I want all mp3's indexed in the site aotomaticly or by someone else and if this raises the price too much i will do it by my own if you show me how... Plase also provide a price for this project in case it has to be indexed manually both with and wothout indexing price. I want also to be able to gahter groups pf mp3s from my site and build packages out of them and make prices per package... lets say i want to make a selection of best 100 bluegrass country and make a special price for it this month! On the homepage i want speacial deals this month or something like that... I also need all the payments implementation to be done by whoever will help me make this website as im a novice in html although im not a novice in computers. I am thinking when someone buys a mp3 the site to give him a download link which will be valid for that user forever or at least as long as that offer for that package will be available and that mentioned to him. I think users should have accounts and see those links of what they have bought only in their account and not be able to send that link to anyone else and be able to download the mp3 only from his website user. Maybe its improper said a link... maybe i better say that i want each song the buyer gets to be available for download unlimited times in his/her account. I also want to sell here dvd iso files with country music concerts and films. Anyways... iso files.
